Medium gold in colour. The bouquet is typical linden flower, peach, and citrus. It’s really freshening on the palate: crisp vibrant acidity. Fruity with a little hint of minerality from the terroir on a crisp dry finish.

Our beloved father raised us along these principles, and he established the Zsirai Winery based on them. These are the values we follow when fulfilling his dream and his legacy. When he became owner of the winery, he was driven by his love for nature and purity, his respect for preserving heritage and his affection for Hungarian wine. This made him set out on a path that established our family’s presence at three of the most significant Hungarian terrains today. Our father raised us on the basis of these guidelines, on the basis of which he brought the Zsira Winery to life, and on the basis of these we strive to fulfill his dream, his heritage. It became and started on the road, thanks to which we are present and make wines in three important Hungarian wine regions: the Villány wine region: Palkonya, the heart of Tokaj-Hegyalja: Mád and the lonely basalt hill, Somló.
