Intense ruby-red in colour. The bouquet is complex, reminiscent of cherries, dried berries and toasted almonds. The palate is full-bodied yet smooth and elegant with a silky texture. The finish is long and lingering, with a burst of spiced cherries and vibrant fruit with a hint of earthiness at the end.

Pronounced Senza. Zensa Wine is made by Orion Wines, a company created to bring together interesting wines from small growers and wineries from all over Italy. The company was created by Luca Pomaro and winemaker Alessandro Michelon and Orion Wines retains complete control over the vineyards and growers they work with. The idea is to produce wines from indigenous grapes that express the typicity of the particular region where they are grown. The grapes are sourced from organic vineyards in Puglia where the vines are grown as free-standing bush vines. 100% Primitivo grapes.
