Pale straw in colour with greenish hues. The bouquet is fresh, mineral tones, the meadows, grassy, straw, but also creamy, warm, butter, nuts, slightly floral all around and of course the light fruits, pears, apples. The palate brings relaxed freshness into play, the gentle warmth of a morning sun in the fresh air, smart, tart mineral and yet so relaxed, relaxed, balanced on the finish.
