It's moreishly quaffable, boasting a robust bouquet of musky red fruits and florals leading to ripe strawberries, plums and some spicy notes. The palate is aromatic and full of balanced and structured tannins, fruit and earthy character is retained for maximum freshness on the finish. Very, very drinkable!

Vinos al Margen is a small winery founded in Salamanca in 2012 with the aim of recovering, preserving and vinifying the ancient and heterogeneous vineyards in danger of extinction in our area. Daniel Ramos oversees the winemaking for several small growers and producers spread through western Spain. They elaborate in a traditional way, based on an organic agriculture that accompanies and harmonizes with the nature of the terroir. They focus on little-known, often old grape varieties from little-known regions.
