Pale straw in colour with gold hue. The bouquet is youthful and subtle, with lovely complexity showing multiple layers, white flowers, peaches and yellow fruits are dominant, with some extra layers of cloves and cinnamon which add to the complex nuances. The palate is dry, but intense, where all the flavours from the bouquet are intensified with some savoury, mineral quality coming into equation. The finish has a touch of characteristic minerality and spice.
