The bouquet shows aromas of raspberry and winter strawberries are apparent, followed by yeast lees, light ginger and chalky mineral notes. The vibrant palate has a racy, airy like feel with flavours of raspberries and creamed tinged strawberries melding into yeast lees, citrus and chalky mineral characters. Dry, vibrant with a stimulating and layered finish.
