Ruby-cherry in colour. The bouquet has vibrant, clean aromas of classic cherry and almond blossom. The palate brings black cherry notes, which is supported by supple, approachable tannins and a flavoursome finish.

Cantina Valpantena is named after Valpantena, a valley northeast of Verona, traditionally known as a wine-growing region. It is located in the heart of the Veneto, one of Italy's most important wine producing regions. Valpantena's field of activity extends over the well-known trio of origins from the Verona area: Soave, Bardolino and Valpolicella. The latter can be seen as a specialty. Very interesting Amarone and Ripasso wines are made from this appellation. Cantina Valpantena has been active here since 1958. A cooperative established by approximately 250 different Verona winegrowers with approximately 600 hectares of vineyards. The Valpantena winery is able to fully exploit all the excellent qualities of the grapes and olives supplied by its members.
