Pale straw in colour with a greenish tinged outskirts. Jumping out of the glass are intense lime, lemon and granny smith apple scents which are trailed by chalky talc notes. Snappy lime, citrus and green apple fruits bounce across the palate underpinned by vibrant acidity. Light talc and chalky mineral elements are also evident. Finishes dry, long and racy.
