Snapper Rock Pinot Gris

Pale straw in colour with golden hues. The bouquet brings a light, fresh delicate aromas of white stone fruits and lifted white florals, along with herbal nuances in a harmonious amalgam. The palate shows subtle exotic floral notes, a little honeysuckle and herb nuances. The fruit possesses a gentle sweetness and richness, enlivened by fresh, lacy acidity, with good tension and energy, leading to a fine and lingering finish.

We spend endless days on the blue waters of New Zealand’s oceans at our favourite fishing spots or ‘Snapper Rocks’ hoping to catch the elusive Snapper.
