Silent Pool Gin

There is a really fresh, floral sweetness on the bouquet of Silent Pool Gin, lifted somewhat by the honey. These sweet floral aromas conspire to shout over the rest of the pack, though play somewhat of a trick on the palate. Far more spicy and savoury than the bouquet would attest. The elderflower sweetness is there at the fore, but this is quickly displaced by the citrus and then by the spice of the cubeb and grains of paradise, though coriander does hold the citrus in place a little longer. Juniper plays a subdued role, overall, the gin is well balanced and makes for a rounded flavour journey that has both depth and subtlety.

'Instinctive' representing the confidence in their collective intuition, albeit based on real depth of experience in their various fields of expertise. 'Precision' captures the love of detail, intricacy and accuracy required to get the delicate balance of botanicals used in their gin making process. The intricate copper illustrations entwine elements of the legend and all 24 of the botanicals used to create Silent Pool Gin.
