This type of juniper thrives in high altitude climates, and is collected by skilled local foragers. In this gin, the black juniper is gently smoked with agarwood, with cloud tea joining, all as a nod to local tea rituals. One for the gin connoisseurs, this is a superbly complex and balanced gin, with layers of perfumed spice, delicate smoke, and bold juniper.

With an aspiration to create artisan spirits in a historic location in the Surrey Hills. Nestled in the depths of the wooded Surrey Downs, offered the first droplets of inspiration, which distilled into the essence of the brand ‘Instinctive Precision’. 'Instinctive' representing the confidence in their collective intuition, albeit based on real depth of experience in their various fields of expertise.
