RedLeg Banana Rum

Golden amber in colour. The bouquet shows sweet aromas of vanilla followed by a warming ginger (from the underlying spiced rum) is clear. The palate brings candied foam bananas, and caramelised sugar, notes of ripe banana and baking spice that are followed by buttered warm banana bread notes on the finish.

Red Leg is a superior Caribbean rum, blended with zests. It is filtered in the Caribbean, the secret to the superlative tasting suggestion is down to the blending. The Rum is left to rest in old oak barrels and fused with Jamaican Vanilla and Ginger creating a very glossy tasting rum with a traits of honeyed spice. Red Leg incorporates the motif of the Red Leg Hermit Crab native to the Caribbean and named for its luminous legs. It captures the spirit of Caribbean culture being laid back with an 'Irie' attitude, without a pirate in sight.
