Dark garnet red in colour with purple hues. The bouquet shows a wealth of dark berry, plum and boysenberry fruit, tantalising spice and a wonderful rich, creamy texture. The palate is exquisitely fruity, plums, dark berries (blueberries, blackberries), and spicy and earthy characteristics come to the fore, combined with complex silky tannis and succulent vibrant berry fruit notes on the finish.
