Petite Immortelle Rouge

Dark ruby red in colour. The bouquet shows great intensity, aromas of spicy dark berries and twist of cloves and good fullness on the palate with Victoria plum, red stone fruit and Provencal spice. Notes of herbs and dark, brooding hedgerow fruits are very well balanced on the finish.

Domaine Bousquet is approximately 40 hectares of vineyards around Estagel and La Tour France in the Vallée d´Agly, a dozen kilometers northwest of Perpignan. Here in the appellation Côtes de Roussillon Villages, the grapes Grenache, Carignan, Syrah and Mourvedre reign, which the 4th generation of the Bousquet family grows sustainably and without refined technical aids of any kind; Wonderful well-made wine without manipulation and intervention of any kind.
