The bouquet is fresh, fruity, with a great texture. Vibrantly aromatic, it shows apricot, pear and apple notes. The palate is an melange of flavours like pineapple, grapefruit, melon and apple pie. There is also a beautiful savoury richness. Despite the rich fruit cocktail of flavours, this remains wonderfully dry and fresh, with vibrant acidity of the finish.
