Nicolo & Paradis Tradition Brut

Pale straw yellow in colour with golden hues. A very fine perlage, this cuvée is open and expressive. It shows aromatic complexity; almond and sweet pastry aromas, reminiscing brioche. Intense on the palate with distinctive hints of savoury notes. A nice persistence and length on the finish.

Founded in 1951 by Henri Nicolo, David Nicolo’s Grandfather, the cellar is located in Arsonval, a village in the Cotes des Bar region, in South Champagne. Since that time, we have respected the family tradition and kept the quality and character of our wines. David Nicolo took over the family business in 2011 after studying wine-growing culture and oenology. He has developed an extensive knowledge of the wine business over many years. The signature style of Nicolo & Paradis is the culmination of a generations old recipe, delivered with outstanding skill and mastery. As the third-generation wine grower in his family, it is in his blood. David has expanded his business in 2013 by bringing the house of Champagne Camille Paradis & Fils into the fold. The champagne Nicolo became Nicolo & Paradis.
