The palate is very elegant with a complex body wrapped in crisp, slightly creamy texture. The finale comes with a pleasant length and a subtly herbal notes.

In 1989 the winery was founded by Neil Ell is and Hans Pieter Schroeder. The Neil Ellis winery is located in the picturesque Jonkershoek Valley - in the South African wine-growing region of Stellenbosch.
