Pale gold in colour. The bouquet shows ripe stone fruits and fresh flowers. The palate is soft and ripe with notes of nectarine, peach, orange zest and candied lemon peel. The opulent flavours are balanced perfectly by a fresh acidity and a long and fruity finish.

Cantina Orsogna is an award-winning Abruzzo cooperative specialising in native grapes of the region such as Montepluciano d`Abruzzo, Cococciola and Pecorino. Orsogna are committed to the biodynamic principles by which they make their wine. The mountainous Abruzzo region of central Italy is situated halfway up the `boot` neighbouring Marche to the north, Lazio to the west and Molise to the south east. Abruzzo is home to one DOCG – Montepulciano d`Abruzzo Colline Teramane, and three DOCs – Cerasuolo Montepulciano d’Abruzzo, Trebbiano d’Abruzzo and Controguerra. Abruzzo mostly produces wines from Montepulciano but also Sangiovese, Pecorino and Passerina as well. Love and respect of an authentic land, the desire to leave unchanged the charm whilst making the most of its potential, is expressed the wine production of Lunaria, a harmonious mix of excellence and strong personality.
