Pale straw in colour with golden hue. The bouquet is aromatic, intense, delicately fruity, the typical fruity hint of light stone fruit (peach), subtle vegetal nuance, fresh grapefruit notes. The palate is lively at the beginning, floral-fruity aromas, nicely balanced between sweetness and acidity. A fruity, fresh Riesling with clear and complex aromas on the finish.

The Lothar Kettern winery is proud to look back on a long tradition in viticulture. The beginnings of the estate business go back to the 17th century. The estate is managed today by Philipp Kettern, who completed his training at the state winery in Eltville. But father Lothar Kettern and his wife Petra are still active in the business. The Lothar Kettern winery has received a lot of recognition in the past from the wine experts of the Gault Millau. In the production of his wines, Philipp Kettern attaches great importance to the detail and pursues his craft with the greatest possible meticulousness. Much of the work is still done traditionally by hand at the Lothar Kettern winery. The Kettern family rigorously reduces yields from year to year, so that in the end only the best quality is filled into the barrels. The use of modern biological processes is a matter of course at the Lothar Kettern winery.
