The bouquet typical of the variety, ripe fruity, of green apple and lemon that are lifted by wet slate minerality and white flowers, finely tart nuance reminiscent of star fruit, herbal aftertaste, of lemon balm. The palate is soft then crisp acidity sets an exciting accent, seductive fruit sweetness, in the finish slightly tart minerality. A pure dry Moselle!

The Lothar Kettern winery is proud to look back on a long tradition in viticulture. The beginnings of the estate business go back to the 17th century. The estate is managed today by Philipp Kettern, who completed his training at the state winery in Eltville. But father Lothar Kettern and his wife Petra are still active in the business.
