Pale straw in colour with greenish hues. The bouquet shows delicate citrus fruit and orange blossom characteristics. This is a fruit forward with a smooth palate and zesty finish due to restrained malolactic fermentation. Well balanced with subtle lactone notes providing layered complexity. The natural incorporation of mineral and saline notes are evident on the lengthy finish.

Bought and replanted by the Gabb family in 1996, the last ten years have seen the estate grow into one of the most talked about in the region. Here in the cellar we combine traditional winemaking methods, modern technology and a degree of experimentation to produce dynamic fruit driven wines with great elegance and complexity.
