Light yellow, light green reflections. The bouquet is layered; white flowers, mint, eucalyptus, coriander, lemon verbena and liquorice, smoke, pepper, lime, grapefruit, quince, vine peach, Mirabelle plum, juniper berry and cardamom, violet juice and slate notes. The palate shows white fruits, plum, liquorice, pepper and mint. A stimulating touch of candied lemon and kumquat. Penetrating and vertical finish with hints of spice.
