Golden yellow in colour with topaz reflections. The bouquet is sensual and spicy; gingerbread, vanilla, cinnamon, fine leather. Dried rose, potpourri of dried flowers. Quince, pear, plum and apricot jelly are evident. A touch of bergamot and candied grapefruit. The palate is suave, enveloping and supple, bursting with flavours of fruit (plum and apricot) and candied pineapple. Uplifting vibrant acidity finishes straight, incisive and dynamic with a hint of minerality on the finish.

The vineyard of Noble Valley is privileged by its location, protected by the Vosges with one of the lowest rainfall, drying winds, these conditions allow high maturation and regularly the overripening of the grapes while respecting their delicate aroma and this is how high quality wines are produced. Upon your arrival at Soultzmatt, the Zinnkoepfle, classified as Great Wine, offers you an impressive landscape. This land is one of the peaks of the Alsatian vineyard.
