Harry Hartman Summer Sauvignon Blanc

Pale straw in colour. The bouquet is vibrant and refreshing, it paints a picture of freshly picked kiwi and yellow plums with the light aroma of morning mist precipitating on wet soil. Wild fermented with fruit hailing from cooler appellations, an attractive bouquet of lemongrass, citrus blossom, and almond skin persists. The palate demands attention with a mineral texture, taut acidity and a trailing creaminess of old-fashioned lemon candy.

Harry Hartman Wine Co. is a collaboration between friends, Marcel Hartman and Sean Harrison, who share a passion for wine. Their aim is to create small batch, unique wines which are reflective of their terroir and the people involved in the winemaking process. Their maiden releases featured a Syrah and a Bordeaux-styled red blend, with more varieties being produced and added to the collection in the future.
