Garnet red in colour with vibrant ruby hues. The bouquet brings is somewhat austere, one is taken by its ethereal perfume that engages you to discover more intricate nuances. Delicate notes of potpourri, violets, and sandalwood, balanced with the comforting aroma of cranberry shortbread and warm French patisserie. The palate fulfils its promise with a vibrant yet nimble expression of young plum, red currants, cherry, and dried fig with a subtle savoury edge of thyme and cedar. Older oak barrels complements the fruit, adding a textured mid-palate. A lifted freshness to balance the tannins comes to the fore on the finish.

Harry Hartman Wine Co. is a collaboration between friends, Marcel Hartman and Sean Harrison, who share a passion for wine. Their aim is to create small batch, unique wines which are reflective of their terroir and the people involved in the winemaking process. Their maiden releases featured a Syrah and a Bordeaux-styled red blend, with more varieties being produced and added to the collection in the future.
