Pale straw colour with a light tinge of green to the outskirts and a watery hue. The bouquet shows sunflower, citrus and straw aromas all tightly coiled. The palate is then a picture of concentrated citrus flavours with hints of lanolin yet retains a silky feel before a streak of vibrant acidity that drives it to a long and precise finish.

Our growers also firmly believe in sustainable vineyard practices, with a view to leaving the land in a better condition for the next generation.
