Clear in colour. The bouquet shows pungent aromas of citrus, almond custard, fennel, and resinous juniper follow through on a soft, round entry to a dry medium body with strong juniper, sandalwood and menthol notes. Finishes with a pungent botanical, candied lemongrass and ginger, and pepper fade.

Representing the latest addition to our Gin range, this extremely exciting new release is anything but conventional. Inspired by Mediterranean cuisine and lifestyle. A family run brand, with a long history of distilling fine spirits. Distilled in a 19th Century chapel in an old fishing village on the Costa Dorada, south of Barcelona, the brand focuses on its deeply rooted Mediterranean culture. It's the first gin to incorporate the arbequina olive. Using an artisanal approach, citrus fruits are macerated for more than a year in special earthenware jars before each botanical is distilled individually to capture the essence of its flavour. Gathered from local farms, tiny olives, thyme, basil and rosemary are carefully hand blended to create the final product. Gin Mare counts arbequina olive, Rosemary, Thyme, Basil and mandarin amongst its exotic botanical blend. This imparts Gin Mare with a truly unique character and balance that is totally different to any other Gin on the market. Already a gold medal winner on the international stage.
