Brilliantly, light yellow in colour with greenish tints. The bouquet shows extremely rich aromas with notes of fresh exotic fruits and dried pear and melon. Incredibly fresh and pure that is full of tension. The herbal and citrus aromas create a harmonious fusion through to a palate with lime citrus intensity and mouth-watering freshness on the finish.

Foivos winery is the historical continuation of the Mantzavino Winery, which starred in the past two centuries in the world of wine, and put Greek wine on the map. It is one of the oldest operating wineries in Greece and has already produced, since last century, some of the best Greek wines that became known worldwide. Since 1999, a new dynamic effort has begun, severely restricting production quantities, and mainly making exclusively use of the excellent indigenous and autochthonous own-rooted varieties of the Kefalonian vineyard, and of the ideal microclimate of Kefalonia.
