Finca Can Petit Single Estate Cava Brut

A pale lemon yellow in colour with fine bubbles. The bouquet is subtle and complex where we can find aromas from the grape (lemon, grapefruit). The palate is fresh, very balanced between the fruit, the vibrant acidity, a lively mousse
and a refreshing citrus character with delicate complexity through to a long, crisp finish.

Finca Can Petit is a modern winery established in 2005, located in the Comtats de Barcelona, the centre of the Cava production area. Can Petit means 'little estate' in Catalan and this small, artisanal wine company holds sustainability at the core of its philosophy. Energy and water usage is controlled and minimised; composting and recycling of organic residue are among the initiatives undertaken. The winery holds the Catalan Agricultural Production Counsel’s organic certification and they are certified sustainable by Wineries for Climate Protection.
