Jean-Marie Haag Riesling

Lemon yellow in colour. The bouquet is powerful, with notes such as Williams pear, apple compote, peach, orange. Candied ginger, gingerbread, cardamom, juniper berry and clove make an appearance. Peppered candied lemon. Honey, pineapple and roasted mango invade the palate, there are also hints of quince, guava and even lychee notes on the back palate. This Riesling deploys an almost tannic, dense and nourishing structure. Long and spicy on the finish.

Upon your arrival at Soultzmatt, the Zinnkoepfle, classified as Great Wine, offers you an impressive landscape. This land is one of the peaks of the Alsatian vineyard.
