De Martino Estate Chardonnay

Pale yellow straw in  colour. The bouquet has fresh aromas of ripe citrus and peach, lead to a soft textured, medium bodied palate. The palate shows ripe citrus fruit character which is balanced by fresh vibrant acidity and moderate minerality with a lingering finish.

Established in 1934, the Chilean wine estate of De Martino is the result of one person’s dream of making the best wines of his region. Pietro de Martino, a native of Italy, moved to Chile to give wings to his dreams of making unique and stylish wines. He found his answer when he stepped foot in the region of Isla de Maipo. This place was rich in alluvial soils, and it enjoyed a Mediterranean climate, which helped De Martino to make his dream of creating elegant wines, a reality. Today, the estate is run by the fourth generation De Martino family members, with the same passion as the founder.
