Danzante Chianti DOCG

Deep ruby in colour. The bouquet shows aromas which are intense with elegant with floral notes, particularly sweet violets, followed by fruity fragrances of dried plum and dark cherry. Concludes with spicy nuances of roasted espresso bean, notes of vanilla, and black liquorice. The palate shows excellent structure and balance with delicate, soft tannins. The finish is long, with an aftertaste of wild berries.

Danzante’s cellar master, Lucia Minoggio, comes from a family of wine-growers in Piedmont but also developed a passion for dance as a child. She moved to Tuscany to improve her ballet technique and danced in Florence for five years. After leaving her ballet career, she decided to pursue the winemaking dream, Lucia spent eight years working in different Italian and international wine regions and joined Frescobaldi. Lucia and her team blend the best parts of each sourcing area, to ensure the quality and style of Danzante wines.
