Dark, deep garnet in colour with deep purple hues. The bouquet brings enticing aromas of ripe plum, red cherry and Christmas cake spice. Dried fruit aromas build with some savoury notes. The aromas continue through onto the palate accompanied with the softness of silky tannins, fine vibrant acidity and spiced fruit cake, matched with clove and ripe plum. The finish lingers with fresh natural savoury notes.
