Garnet red in colour. A supple and juicy Cotes du Rhone full of black and red berried fruit. Delightfully fruity with good depth, balance and vibrancy. The palate is vibrant, seductively fruity and packed with red fruit characters, smooth tannins, with a rich and intensely aromatic and balanced acidity on the finish.

A rising star from the Rhône and one of the youngest from the region. Made in limited quantities by Laure Colombo, this boutique label is an inspired and personal story. Colombo & Fille are wines born from the subtle blend of a demanding though always tender father, a sensitive daughter fond of good food, and from a loving, grounded mother and peace maker! Wines with a feminine edge – reflecting the ‘Fille’ influence and personal ‘stamp’. Full of ripe primary fruits, with a perfect balance and sense of place representing the most beautiful villages of the Rhône Valley are key to all the wines. Crafted with the utmost care, in a very natural way in order to respect the fruit. The limited production allows perfect control in the winemaking process which takes place in small tanks. The objective during the vinification is to preserve the primary aromas of the grapes and to make wines which reflect the fruits rich ripe flavours with a hint of natural sweetness. The use of new oak is limited during maturation to achieve balance and subtlety.
