Pale straw yellow in colour with golden hues. The bouquet shows lemon, quince and brioche accompanied by hints of linden, acacia and fresh verbena, underpinned by mineral notes. Clean and fresh on the palate, opening with the zingy acidity of lemon and grapefruit through to a mineral, clean and saline mid-palate. Vibrant and fresh on the finish.

Based in Aÿ, at the heart of the historic Champagne region, the House of COLLET, named after its founder, was created in 1921 by a group of growers with a dedicated attachment to their vines and a characteristic respect for the Champagne tradition.
