Collet Brut Rose NV

An intense and luminous peachy pink in colour. The bouquet shows delicate aromas of mandarin, peach, mulberries and raspberries. Refreshing, with a richness of fruit and a subtle hint of cocoa which is supported by a round, supple and velvety structure on the palate. The beautiful, silky texture is sustained by an elegant effervescence on the finish.

Based in Aÿ, at the heart of the historic Champagne region, the House of COLLET, named after its founder, was created in 1921 by a group of growers with a dedicated attachment to their vines and a characteristic respect for the Champagne tradition.
