Collet Brut Art Deco 1er Cru

Pale straw yellow in colour with golden hues. A swirl of very fine bubbles are reflected in a floral impression with zesty citrus overtones of lemon peel and lime aromas on the bouquet. The palate brings fruity notes of green apple, ripe pear, pineapple and quince jelly are subtly complemented by smoky notes, anise and a touch of lavender honey. A creamy texture and is full of charm on the finish.

Based in Aÿ, at the heart of the historic Champagne region, the House of COLLET, named after its founder, was created in 1921 by a group of growers with a dedicated attachment to their vines and a characteristic respect for the Champagne tradition.
