Pale straw yellow in colour with golden hues. The bouquet delivers citrus notes of Sicilian lemon and lime, with hints of lemon tart on puff pastry. Nuances of white pepper, liquorice and smoke add to the kaleidoscope of flavours on the palate. This is fresh, taut, complex and full of finesse with a beautifully long finish.

Based in Aÿ, at the heart of the historic Champagne region, the House of COLLET, named after its founder, was created in 1921 by a group of growers with a dedicated attachment to their vines and a characteristic respect for the Champagne tradition.
