A radiant, sustained and very luminous pale golden hue with fine and graceful bubbles. A first bouquet of pastry with notes of cocoa, Praline and fresh almonds, a delicious sensation half-way between richness, voluptuousness and subtlety that recalls tiramisu, candied fruits and paris-brest with its hazelnut tender cream. Fresh notes of aromatic herbs just picked such as dill or tarragon enhance the pastry impression. A crisp and melting impression suggests the texture and lightness of wafer. The finish reveals itself through the fruity notes of white peaches, fresh almonds and pineapple or tropical candied fruits.
