Golden amber in colour. The bouquet shows aromas of vanilla extract, marshmallow, and rich hints of maple and allspice. The palate opens with maple sugar, cocoa and hazelnut, finishing with black pepper, ginger and cayenne zing. Finished in ex-sherry casks to allow its flavour profile to develop further. Impressive.
