Deep garnet with vibrant red hues. The bouquet shows ripe plums with lifted raspberry, cherry and framed with subtle oak. Beautifully poised fruit displaying that chalky mouthfeel which permeates the plush fruit on the palate. It comes off vines that are now 70 years old and dry grown. This has the structure with those slightly silky tannins. An elegant finish of ripe red and black fruits, balanced which hold long over the fresh fruits.

The Brand family legacy dates back to 1852, stretching over six generations. Today, Brand & Sons is owned and managed by fourth generation vigneron Sam Brand, producing boutique wine using high quality products from select vineyard sites across South Australia.
