Opaque purple in colour. The bouquet shows concentrated aromas, purple cassis fruit with a hint of cola/portello and vanilla tipped cigarillo. Savoury elements of tar, fresh earth, floral violets, licorice and eucalyptus. Polished palate, thoroughly modern with good centration from front to mid palate. Dark juicy/juiciness follows with easy, tight tannin and a surprisingly vibrant finish.

The Brand family legacy dates back to 1852, stretching over six generations. Today, Brand & Sons is owned and managed by fourth generation vigneron Sam Brand, producing boutique wine using high quality products from select vineyard sites across South Australia.
