Dark cherry in colour with cardinal rims with violet reflections that denote the youth. The bouquet is predominance of fresh fruit, blueberries, currants, raspberry. Typical undergrowth, assembled with touches of caramel and roasted beans that gives us the small passage through the wood. Great harmony on the palate with structure, honeyed and savoury, but that always dazzles with the softness and freshness on the finish.
