Dark, deep garnet in colour with deep purple hues. The bouquet shows aromas of spice, blueberry and raspberry, the next wave ride wildflowers and minerals and then a third wave carries more savoury notes of black olives and thyme. The palate knits together with textural, mineral, spicy, brambly fruited, smudged with tannins and vibrant acidity on the finish.
