Garnet red in colour. The bouquet shows distinctive aromas of vibrant red cherry, clove and crushed mint leaf. These vivid aromas become more subtle and savoury on the palate, with leather, rising bread dough and baking spice. Fresh, balanced and with gentle, nicely filled-out texture, this is lovely with good persistence on the finish.
