Are You Game ? Chardonnay

Golden straw in colour. The bouquet shows aromas of peach and papaya play with subtle oak and toasty notes. Full bodied and fruity, the palate has a delightful creaminess as a result of ten months on yeast lees. The palate shows good intensity of stone fruits with fine texture, great length and a lovely clean finish. To contribute some subtle savoury notes, a dash of Sauvignon Blanc was added to the final blend.
