Aatta Orkney Gin

Crystal clear in colour. The bouquet shows fresh zesty citrus with a floral yet zingy scent from the rosehips and piney juniper. The palate is Juniper forward with bright and refreshing citrus notes from fresh oranges and zesty rosehips. A long rounded finish with gentle hints of coriander seed and smooth vanilla.

Inspired by Orkneys history, character and beauty, Aatta - meaning 'eight' in Old Norse is distilled an impressive eight times with eight botanicals. As far as we know, Aatta and Orkney Akvavit are the only spirits hand crafted in the UK using this many distillations for a truly silky mouthfeel.
